The JB Marks Local Municipality must:

  1. Immediately conduct major upgrades and repairs to the Botha Street sewerage pump station;
  2. Ensure the regular maintenance of the sewerage reticulation system;
  3. Immediately respond to repair sewage leaks;
  4. Replace the old and dilapidated pipeline; and
  5. Rehabilitate the wetlands which have been polluted by raw sewage.
